In-stock orders are dispatched within 24 hours and typically arrive within 2–5 business days. You'll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.
If you need to return or exchange your chair, contact us at hello@seatik.com within 14 days of delivery and we'll arrange collection from your home or office. Exchanges are free on all orders; returns for a refund carry a collection fee of AED 45 per package.
