Every Seatik order ships free across the UAE with no minimum spend. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order reaches you.
Where do you ship, and where from?
We ship anywhere in the UAE, across all seven emirates, from our UAE stock. We're unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or locations outside the UAE.
How long until my order arrives?
Orders placed before 3pm (Gulf Standard Time), Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 3pm, or on a weekend or public holiday, are dispatched the next business day. Once shipped, delivery takes 2–5 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Delivery is completely free on every order, with no minimum spend and no hidden fees at checkout.
Which courier do you use, and can I track my order?
We ship with DHL and FedEx. You'll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way, so you can follow it in real time until it arrives.
What happens if my order arrives damaged or goes missing?
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours so we can start a resolution. If your order appears lost in transit, reach out to us straight away — we'll work with our courier to investigate and arrange a replacement or refund depending on what they find.
