Welcome to Seatik. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from our store. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out below. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

These terms apply to all orders placed through seatik.com for delivery within the United Arab Emirates. We currently sell and deliver within the UAE only. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published at the time you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
We take care to present our products accurately, including dimensions, materials, and finishes. Minor variations in colour may occur due to screen settings and natural differences in upholstery materials. All prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED) and include 5% UAE VAT. A tax invoice is issued with every order. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
An order is confirmed once you complete checkout and receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability — in which case any amount paid will be refunded in full. Payment is taken at the time of order through our secure, encrypted checkout. Your card details are processed by our PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment infrastructure and are never stored on our servers. For more detail, see our Payment & Security page.
Delivery is free on every order across all seven emirates, with no minimum spend. In-stock items are dispatched from our Dubai warehouse within 1–2 business days, and delivery typically takes 1–5 business days depending on your emirate. Full details, including delivery windows by emirate, are set out on our Delivery & Returns page. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery; ownership passes once payment has been received in full.
You have 14 days from delivery to return or exchange your purchase. Exchanges are free — we collect the original item and deliver the replacement at no charge anywhere in the UAE. Returns for a refund carry a collection fee of AED 45 per package. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused, resaleable condition. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 14 days and we will arrange a free replacement. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
All Seatik chairs are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, valid from the date of delivery. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, modifications, or damage caused by improper assembly or cleaning. To make a warranty claim, contact us at hello@seatik.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable UAE law, including your statutory rights as a consumer under UAE consumer protection regulations. Beyond that, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
These terms, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
